REVIEW: Hold Me Closer, Necromancer by Lish McBride

Debut novel of author Lish McBride, Hold me closer, Necromancer is highly entertaining and not to be missed.

College drop-out Samhain LaCroix doesn't get what he bargained for when he finds out that he is a powerful necromancer. With a territorial necromancer trying to train and kill him, can Sam learn to master his powers before he becomes the ghost?

I recommend Hold me closer, Necromancer  for girls and boys aged 13 - 15. Fans of Heather Brewer (Vlad Tod) will love this series.

The witty repartee of this novel comes together with the pop culture references and regular language to make a fascinating read that you can't put down.

I really enjoyed this book, I felt that the characters were well-developed and that through what was portrayed, you got to know the characters fast and effectively.
The comic side of the novel was amusing, yet fresh at the same time.

"This is a SCARY funny book, OR a FUNNY scary book. In any case, it's a GREAT book. I LOVE IT." Sherman Alexie.
